Don’t Stop the Music…well maybe a little

Music moves us, when we listen to music it’s not just our emotions that are effected but our physical bodies as well.  As a song develops we connect with it, feel it build and during that short period of climax we become suspended within the music and then it stops… a power pause… your ears will start to ache for more and just in time the climax will draw to a close.

This pause is an effect that when executed correctly will build a song rather than diminish it.  The sudden halt allows the audience to investigate their experience momentarily before taking them further.  Some songs will do it only once, some will utilize a pause for each chorus, either way, these "restarts" are legen..., wait for it…. dary!
